Casa Mistral has its own private 12m x 5m heated swimming pool with a separate circular toddlers pool. A feature of the pool area is the tiled original painted murals by Katherine Swift which can also be found in and around the house itself.

Casa Mistral has particularly beautiful landscaped gardens with extensive lawns, many varieties of palm trees & tropical flowers. It also has two water ponds with fish, tropical water plants &, of course, the local frogs!

Situated within the purpose built 'islands' in the garden are alternative quiet eating or writing areas with garden furniture surrounded by a myriad of palms & tropical plants.

At the far end of the property is a fruit orchard abundant with apples, pears, lemons & figs. A further seating area is also found in the orchard overlooking the valley to the north.

Another garden feature worthy of note is the pergola by the swimming pool. This large rustic covered area provides afternoon shade from the hot summer sun and is the perfect place for a quiet afternoon siesta.

The full sized all weather tennis court is situated behind the pool area.
